Many of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
If your order has not arrived, refund requests for non-delivery will not be considered until at least 30 days after the order date. This allows sufficient time for your package to arrive before it is considered lost.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the product's delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
We cannot accept returns for:
Used or damaged items (unless received defective)
Items returned without their original packaging
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

One suggestion: I would not say "30 days after the order date." Instead, consider "30 days after shipment" or "30 days after your order has been fulfilled and shipped." That protects you if there's a delay before the order is dispatched.
